First Huracán Media Preview in North America

During the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance, Centigrade worked with Lamborghini to create a strong presence at the Concours, activate a guest hospitality programme and unveil the all-new Huracán to A-list media and prospective clients.

In order to generate brand awareness and interest as one of Amelia’s featured brands, Lamborghini was a main sponsor with activation on the Concours field as well as hosting VIPs at Club Amelia. During Friday and Saturday, in the lead up to the Concours, Lamborghini ran test drives from outside of The Ritz-Carlton for guests and members of the media to experience the LP 700-4 Aventador Coupe and Roadster.

The invitation-only media cocktail reception took place on Friday evening. Members of the media gathered around the covered Huracán while CEO Stephan Winkelmann introduced the newest member of the Lamborghini family. This was the first time the car had been unveiled to the media in North America.

Stephan Winkelmann states, “Since we began private previews of the Huracán earlier this year, more than 300 units have been pre-ordered by North American clients. The reception it received at the Amelia Island Concours this weekend matches that level of enthusiasm as well as the energy we saw from the global audience in Geneva.”
