Marketing Metrics: Cat Magazine Reader Survey and Dealer Audit
Feedback and results tracking is an important part of marketing. To find out how Cat dealers use Cat Magazine in their marketing, Centigrade ran a dealer audit and readership survey. For the dealer audit, we contacted each Caterpillar dealer that currently uses or has used Cat Magazine in the past 2 years. The qualitative telephone research looked for detailed information on

For the readership survey, we created a digital survey on an online platform and a printed survey, published in Cat Magazine. The survey was distributed to the customer database through the dealer network.
