After completing its journey through Europe, the Middle East and Asia, the Breitling DC-3 arrived in the U.S. this past June, as part of its record- breaking tour around the world. The 77-year-old World War II aircraft will make 12 continental U.S. stops before it continues on its historic journey to become the oldest plane to circumnavigate the globe. During its recent stops in the U.S., Centigrade coordinated media opportunities for the Breitling DC-3 and secured national, major daily, online and local TV segments.
