• Vice President - Client Services Detroit

      Centigrade is a results-driven global communications agency with offices in the U.S. and Europe, currently seeking a dynamic VP with 10+ years of agency and/or OEM experience to manage the North American business. The role will focus on growth through financial and account management and be based out of the Detroit office.

      Mission
      + Build shareholder value by achieving profitable growth

      Key Activities
      + Increase sales growth year on year within fixed profit goals
      + Management of annual budgets and expenditure
      + Direct account teams to grow new opportunities and services
      + Deliver and write new business pitches with account teams
      + Manage day to day staffing and client meetings
       
      Achievements
      + Establish sales growth and profitability
      + Deliver annual budget and oversee financial management
      + Increase business with each account team
      + 30%-win rate on new business pitches
      + 70% staff retention and engagement
       
      Metrics
      + 15% year on year profitable growth through existing and new business wins
      + Achieve monthly KPI goals
       
      Decision Authority
      + Manage and prioritize objectives and direct activities of account teams
      + Allocate balance of maintaining existing business, new pitches and financial management
      + Manage the team to grow and nurture their career goals
      + Select, evaluate and terminate staff in conjunction with VP of Operations
       
      Reporting Relationships
      + Reporting line direct to the President of Centigrade, Inc.
      + Direct reports: account directors, communications director and art director
