Concours Celebrates 37 Years of the World's Most Spectacular Automotive Works of Art
The Concours d’Elegance of America at St. John’s has retained Centigrade to assist in the promotion and brand awareness of its organization with the intent to communicate its preeminence among international Concours d’Elegance events. The public relations campaign focuses on attracting new audiences to the classic and collector car industry as well as highlighting the vehicles and their owners.
“We are excited to partner with Centigrade as we collaborate to further enhance the image and recognition of this world-class Concours d’Elegance,” said Diane Flis-Schneider, Executive Director, Concours d’Elegance of America at St. John’s. “Centigrade has strong media ties, a deep understanding of the collector, vintage and heritage car world as well as established relationships within the automotive Concours and OEM community.”
Since its beginning in 1979, the Concours has continued to grow. The move from Meadow Brook Hall to the Inn at St John’s has had a positive impact on the image and general awareness among current participants and new attendees.
“As we grow our North American business and client portfolio, we are honored to have been selected to represent the Concours d’Elegance of America at St. John’s,” said Julie Barnard, President of Centigrade. “The 2015 Concours is in its fifth year at the Inn at St. John’s and is one of the premier concours events in the U.S. – we are looking forward to joining Diane and her team to help grow and build on this exciting event for Michigan.”
